Microgreens smoothie recipes are as diverse as there are ingredients to put in them.
We are showcasing here the very first microgreens smoothie that Vicki ever made.
She used the following ingredients:
- Ground flaxseed;
- Chia seed;
- Peanut butter;
- Whole milk;
- Ice cubes;
- Stevia powder; and
- 3 types of microgreens: Speckled Pea, Green Pea, and Sunflower (minus the hulls).
The taste was pretty good, but in Vicki’s opinion needed to be sweeter.
The next time she prepares this drink, she will add more Stevia powder.
